Meet David Grissom

A fixture of the vibrant Austin music scene, David Grissom is a veteran bluesman who has been touring and performing relentlessly since the early eighties. After performing with a modified McCarty for nearly ten years, David’s valuable feedback led to the birth of his signature DGT in 2007. His multi-decade collaboration with PRS Guitars has also yielded a signature amplifier, the DG Custom 30. Grissom has played hundreds of live gigs over the course of his career and shared the stage with artists including Buddy Guy, John Mellencamp, Joe Ely, Storyville, The Allman Brothers Band, The Dixie Chicks, Chris Isaak, Robben Ford, John Mayall, and Ringo Starr.
