Meet The PTC
The PRS Tech Centre is dedicated to the responsible repair and authentic techniques that are true to a PRS guitar’s original construction. All PTC team members are PRS employees – no outside contractors are used. Their personal approach and in-depth knowledge of PRS traditions are directly reflected in the meticulous quality of their work. That’s why the PTC is the only authorized PRS service and repair centre.
Don’t trust your PRS to just anyone. Rest easy knowing your beloved PRS is being taken care of at the one and only authorized PRS service and repair centre.

Set Up
The standard factory set up includes the following services: truss rod adjustment, intonation & action adjustment, fret polishing, fretboard treatment, tuning peg adjustment, tremolo adjustment, cleaning/lubrication of electronics and restringing with the customer’s choice of PRS Classic or Signature strings.
Nut replacement is optional but if the nut slots are too low it will compromise the set up and we will advise that this is done at the same time.
Likewise, fret levelling and re-crowning is an optional service. However, fret wear and micro movements in the neck wood will reduce the ability to achieve the optimum set up without fret buzz due to the frets not being level. Again, we will advise if we feel that the guitar would benefit from this service if it hasn’t been requested.
