Job Summary
PRS Guitars Europe is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Guitar Technician to optimize our guitars for European PRS dealers. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of guitar construction, electronics, and setup techniques, ensuring instruments exceed our customers’ expectations.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance, including string changes, cleaning, and adjustments
- Diagnose and repair issues related to guitar hardware, electronics, and structural integrity
- Conduct precise setups (intonation, action, truss rod adjustments) tailored to player preferences
- Maintain inventory of parts and tools, ensuring efficient workflow---
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Guitar Technician or similar role
- Strong understanding of guitar anatomy, electronics, and tone optimization
- Ability to work with both electric and acoustic guitars
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with tools and equipment used in guitar repair and setup---
Preferred Skills
- Experience with advanced modifications (e.g., fretwork, nut replacement)
- Ability to work under pressure---
Language Requirement
Proficiency in English is required; Dutch language skills are a plus.

Qualifications
