“Missed Connections” are our way of making sure you have a second chance to see all of the great limited run guitars that we make - often in small batches! This missed connection features a unique limited order-window guitar released last year, the “CE 24 Standard Satin.”

Announced in September 2016, the CE 24 Standard Satin was released as a sort of stripped-down brother of our popular CE 24 model. The body is crafted from all mahogany with a thin satin finish, differing from the original CE 24's mahogany/maple blend sprayed with a gloss finish. The result? An extremely comfortable platform with a warmer tone and plenty of sustain.
Otherwise, the CE 24 Standard Satin carries all of the same popular features as the original CE 24: a pattern thin maple neck, our flagship USA 85/15 pickups, the PRS patented tremolo, and an intuitive control layout.
The CE 24 Standard Satin effortlessly achieves humbucking and crystal clear single-coil tones with the use of a push/pull tone pot.
We offered this model in three classic finishes: Black, Tobacco Sunburst, and Vintage Cherry.
