How many years have you been in business? How did you get started?

We have been in business for 8 years. The store has been here since 1999 and it was purchased by Chris in Feb. 2008. We immediately set out to change things for the better, and are still on that road.

Outside of just selling guitars, what else should people know about you? Do you offer lessons, repairs, etc..?

We are a full line music store offering tech services, lessons, live sound installation. Everyone working here at the store plays professionally (it’s a pre-requisite for employment)! We are a bunch of guys that love to cut up and have a good time. People come to us for advice and it is our pleasure to share our experience and help them solve their problems. Our business is founded on honesty and treating other people the way we would like to be treated if we were on the other side of the counter. Oh! ..and we love South Park!

Custom 24 Northern Lights with matching fingerboard - Flame Maple over Indian Rosewood Neck. Blue Abalone Bird inlays bound with MOP. Signature headstock inlay in Blue Abalone. Phase III Tuning Machines. 85/15 Pick Ups. Natural body binding.

Most heard song when a customer is demoing a guitar?

It’s a tie between: “Lenny” by Stevie Ray Vaughn and “Master Of Puppets” by Metallica.

Favorite customer interaction?

Chris - Ensuring that our customer is getting the right guitar for them, the 1st time.
Evan - “Brack Fliday”!!!
Lucas - Illustrating to customers the amount to which a persons playing affects the gear, and how much gear can affect the persons playing.
Keaton - Putting nice guitars in people’s hands and watching them come to understand what a fine instrument is.
