PRS Guitars at the First Alteisa Guitar Show
20 Apr 2026
We had the pleasure of being part of something genuinely special. On April 18th, the historic Ramos Carrión Theatre in Zamora hosted the very first Alteisa Guitar Show, and what a debut it was.
With no equivalent event dedicated to the guitar anywhere else in Spain, Alteisa has created something the country has long needed. Building on the success of their celebrated Drumfest, the team brought together international guitarists, leading brands, and passionate fans for a day of masterclasses, exhibitions, and real conversations about the instrument we all love. The setting, a stunning theatre in one of Spain's most beautiful cities, made it all the more memorable.

For PRS Guitars, it was a privilege to be part of the very first chapter of what we're sure will become a landmark event in the European guitar calendar.
A huge thank you goes PRS artist Peredur ap Gwynedd for an absolutely stunning performance on the Custom 24 Floyd and Custom 24 Piezo. Perry put both guitars through their paces, showcasing everything from the stunning acoustic-like tones of the Custom 24 Piezo to the hard-hitting rock sounds of the Custom 24 Floyd, perfectly matched to Pendulum backing tracks. It was a masterclass in what these instruments can do in the right hands.

Curious about the guitars Perry was playing? The Custom 24 Piezo offers remarkable versatility, blending electric playability with rich, acoustic-influenced tones. The Custom 24 Floyd brings that same PRS DNA with the added freedom of a floating tremolo, built for players who want to push every note further. We're already looking forward to what Alteisa has planned next. Zamora, it's been a pleasure!
