The PRS 40th Anniversary Celebration

While at NAMM, we hosted a special private 40th Anniversary Celebration with our music industry friends and family at the House of Blues! It was a night full of performances from the likes of John Mayer and Mark Lettieri, to David Grissom, and many more. Take a look at the full live concert video below, one of our most viewed YouTube uploads of 2025!

Two Exhibits, One Incredible Journey

From coast to coast, PRS was on display in two different museums this year in honor of our 40th Anniversary. One was where our company began in Annapolis, MD at the Museum of Historic Annapolis, while the other was out at the NAMM Museum in California!

Watch this brief video for a quick look inside the "40 Years of PRS Guitars: A Journey of Tone" exhibit in the Museum of Historic Annapolis.

You can also take a look at a few of the photos below highlighting each of these special exhibits!

PRS Day

Earlier this year, Maryland Governor Wes Moore declared August 22, 2025 as "Paul Reed Smith Day" to celebrate Paul's significance to the local economy and for his achievements globally as a lifelong Marylander. The date is significant as it marks the day the first PRS guitar was cased in our original Annapolis factory 40 years ago!

As our 40th Anniversary celebration winds down, can't help but express our gratitude to all the people who make it possible for us to continue to make some of the finest instruments on the planet. With four decades of growth and learning behind us, we look forward to what PRS will continue to build in the future!
